How do we innovate

Within this critical stage we combine our customers’ needs with the nature of the final product. Out approach is design-to-cost driven and includes virtual prototyping. It is the vital step including 6-sigma methodology that enables us to perform product and cost optimization.

design and development
Here is where agile prototyping takes place. We optimize the product and production processes in relation to cost and timeline. In-house product verification and validation with fast iteration loops are implemented and the prototype of a modular production process is set up and verified.
Product & process
Quality components are sampled in-house, and final production assembly set-up is validated and qualified in four vital stages (design, installation, operation, and performance). After this step everything is ready for robust deployment and all processes are compliant with automotive, medical, and industrial standards and regulations.
This step includes production ramp-up based on OEE performance monitoring connected with the central MES system.
