Iskra Mehanizmi assures the customers highest quality standards and flexibility towards providing basic tehnologies - such as plastic moulding, stamping metal parts of inox steel and other metals, coil winding, magnetising and assembly - within the house. Assembly can be manual, semi-automatised or fully automatised - depending of the quantity, product type, etc.
We also have experience in other technologies, which are the part of our production processes: resistance welding, ultrasonic welding, laser welding, tampoprint and laser print. Our production facilities are equipped with modern machines and working equipment that ensure the highest quality standards. We strive towards ideal solutions , the so called "slim production",which enables quick response and flexibility of the company. By using "KANBAN", "Just in time", "SMED" and "Poka Yoke" methods we assure our customers get constant quality and supply reliability. |
