Research & Development

We develop new products almost exclusively according to customers' demands, as a development supplier. Development upon customers' basic requests is the way we provide most optimal price and characteristics of our product.

To bring ideas into life in shortest possible time, we use the method of simultaneous engineering, based on project management according to ISO/TS 16 949.

Our R&D and construction work are supported by Pro Engineer, Catia and P-CAD, while various FEM tools are used for structural evaluation-, magnetising- and operation simulations of the future product.

In the field of electric appliances our orientation is to become an OEM supplier, who can develop various products according to customers' requests. With long-term orientation in mechatronics and actuators, we are specialized in the development of appliances with various motors and movable parts.

Knowledge in motors and mechatronics is sucessfully implemented in automotive components and assemblies. New developments are based on different kinds of small motors, such as stepper- or BLDC motors - in co-operation with our customers we are developing various applications for automotive industry. We cover different fields in car(engine, chassis, interior of a car).

Although motor development is the core of our development activities, we have competences in driving electronics and mechatronic solutions as well. With our knowledge and experience we can offer our customers complete and optimal solution for their application.

New product development is based on modern technological solutions, such as 3D MID (three dimensional moulded interconnect devices), metal injection moulding, 2K injection moulding, plastic bonded magnets, SMC (soft magnetic composite).

Our R&D work is supported by researches and analyses made by Slovene research institutions and universities.
